Cancelling an appointment
Please note I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I would be very grateful if you could let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment as soon as possible so I can offer the appointment to someone else.
Late arrivals may mean a reduction in treatment time but I will always do my best to accomodate where possible.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer (which must be completed before leaving).
Treatment times
Treatment times vary depending on the treatment you're having. To ensure you get the most out of your experience, your time will start once we begin with the hands-on treatment, not when you walk through the door.
Block bookings
Pay for 5 treatments and get the 6th free.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for six months and are available for a monetary value or a specific treatment.
